Cookies

Under the Swedish Electronic Communication Act anyone visiting a home page must be told what "cookies" are used for and be given the opportunity to refuse to allow such use. A "cookie" is a small text file that contains information and is stored on your computer. Cookies are used for purely technical purposes to improve the home page for the user. One type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. It may then be used (for example) to modify a home page to match your wishes, choices and interests. The other type of cookie is called a "session cookie". While you are visiting a home page, cookies are sent between your computer and the server to access information. Session cookies disappear when you turn off your web browser. Neither permanent nor session cookies are used on the Fredersen website.
