Many of our clients are listed companies and other large businesses, but we also assist small and medium-sized companies both in southern Sweden and elsewhere. Our clients also include foreign companies.

Our clients include everything from big companies such as property companies, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnical companies and manufacturing industries to small family-run businesses.

We act as company lawyers for many of our clients, dealing with all their day-to-day legal business, such as corporation formalities, financing through new issues, etc., registration and financial reporting in accordance with the securities market’s industry regulations.
